A week away, dedicated to yourself and to a more active daily routine as well as relaxation, can bring you a much-desired feeling of wellbeing.
Our Active life and fitness package is composed for those healthy and active individuals and groups that fancy sport, outdoor activities, exploring new places, beautiful nature and finding out about local food and drinks.
A good climate, luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation and a favorable geographic location has contributed to the rapid development of health and sport tourism in the Croatian Adriatic, especially in autumn, winter and early spring months.
During those times one escapes the steep heat of the summer but can still enjoy pleasant, sunny days outdoors, while there are also several indoor activities waiting to be experienced.
Some of the places we have on the map for this kind of holiday are interesting little towns or villages with particular histories or significant traditions. However, the emphasis of the package is on the daily workout. It is even better if this is done in a relaxed state of mind so that one can focus on ensuring a body and mind that can stay open to take in new ideas and concepts.
Our fitness and active life packages
Most of the active life and fitness groups come to exercise with their own programme already in place.
Our task is to enable all the necessary facilities so that you enjoy smooth and fun time while exercising. This includes exercise halls, outdoors area and sport courses, indoors and outdoors swimming pools, jogging tracks, bicycle rent and cycling routes and similar.
For those groups that are not led by their own coach, we can provide a programme.
Here is one example of a sport and wellbeing package, with half-board or full board accommodation in carefully selected hotels:
- Jogging or walking by the sea or Yoga (Qi gong) before breakfast
- 8-9.30 a.m. breakfast
- 10 a.m. guided exercises in the pool or in the gym
- 11 a.m. manual massage (option) or walk by the sea, relaxing time before lunch
- 30-2 p.m. lunch
- Afternoon programme – group hiking tours or cycling
- 6 p.m. (optional) – free evening gym or pool exercises or walks
- From 6:30 p.m. Dinner and leisure time
from xx for double room and half board to xy for single room and full board. Flights not included but can be organized by our travel partner. Create separate price offers, by hotel.
Some of additional activities that are offered, apart from the package itself are:
- medical massage or similar therapy such as magnet, electro therapy or individual physical rehabilitation treatment;
- a professional assessment of muscles and joints;
- new experience, such as cooking workshop with local ingredients
- a treat for taste and smell senses which include tasting of local wines and/or olive oils and other local specialties.
