Non-invasive aesthetic and beauty treatments

“People have always wanted to look as young as they feel”

These days, many people are opting for non-surgical treatments that can help improve their appearance.

Our approach to these treatments is very individual and our specialists will, during your first visit to the clinic and checkup, review the findings and interview you to understand your preferences and wishes. You will get a recommendation and implementation plan including: surgical excision (moles, lesions), scar corrections, laser rejuvenation, fillers and other anti-ageing treatments.

Your interest for these procedures can be expressed by info request to our websites (info@wellbe-ims.com or info@wellbeskandi.se). The partner-clinics are located in Zagreb and in Rijeka.

  • Non ablative procedures to encourage skin renewal and rejuvenation

Laser Genesis

Laser Genesis is an innovative laser method of rejuvenation for a healthy and youthful looking skin for women and men. Acting against the typical signs of ageing and skin damage, it removes fine wrinkles, narrowing wide pores, prevents redness and removes shallow scars. Non ablative method of skin tightening procedure is based on the heating of the dermis which stimulates the synthesis of new collagen, which ultimately results in a younger looking skin. For a satisfactory effect only few treatments are required.

Pearl laser

Pearl laser is a procedure that meets the growing needs of aesthetic dermatology skin rejuvenation methods, which remove skin imperfections caused by ageing, damage caused by external factors, scars and wrinkles.

During the procedure, a laser beam works on the surface layers of the skin, removing them gently. At the same time the heating action on deeper skin layers stimulates the production of new collagen, fills out the wrinkles, corrects the scars and provides a long-lasting effect on the skin. Recovery time is usually from 4 to 7 days, but you can carry on with your daily activities immediately after the procedure, using adequate protection. Immediately after this treatment, you will feel like you had a little sunburn and the skin will look that way. It is recommended to use a protecting face cream and avoiding the sun completely until fully recovered. Depending on the condition of the skin and for the best results, it may be necessary to repeat the procedure one to three times and the gap between procedures should be four weeks or longer.

Botox and Dermal Fillers

Botox and Dermal Fillers are methods that can erase or smooth wrinkles, make the eyebrows raised, cheeks modeled, the lips refreshed and jowls lifted. Using these methods you can sculpt your face and restore the youthful shape and glow with instant results and no further steps needed. Being minimally invasive, non-surgical rejuvenation treatments cannot achieve the same results as surgery but may help delay the time when consideration of a facelift becomes appropriate.

Botox treatment is a simple, non-invasive procedure performed by a doctor. The appropriate, carefully measured quantity of compound is injected under the skin in areas where the wrinkles are to be removed or reduced. The procedure is simple, painless and lasts only a few minutes. It is important to stress that the result of the procedure is not permanent but the effects usually last for 3-4 months.
Implants are sterile hyaluronic gels, which consist of non-animal stabilized hyaluronic acid for injection under the skin with the aim of correction of lines, wrinkles and creases on the face, and for lip augmentation.

While there is usually minimal bruising after Botox or Dermal fillers, it is important that physical activities are minimal for several hours afterwards. We recommend generally “quieter” behavior for several hours (no massage, no exercise, etc). The fillers sometimes are associated with bruising, especially around the chin or eyelid areas. Again, we recommend trying to keep one’s pulse and blood pressure normal for the remainder of the day (no exercise, etc).

Over-correction can be difficult to treat, as can asymmetrical placement of the filler and allergic reactions. We advise asking our doctors what can be done if these things happen, and making sure you discuss information about allergies and other potential complications of each filler. Risks can be minimized by choosing a reputable surgeon or an established practitioner who is working in a clinical environment.
